Artemis Metal Art is the result of one mans dream realised. Shaun Rennell – Sculptor/ Artist / Designer.
In early 2008 Artemis Metal Art was born. A place where the worlds of Sculpture, Architecture and Design collide. Its creators ambition, to push creative and sculptural boundaries beyond all known limits. To create rare and unique sculptured steel that is functional or purely aesthetic and to become a leading force in the world of twisted metal.
Specialising in, but not confined to, making one-off commissioned pieces in steel, Shaun often incorporates other mediums including glass, native New Zealand timbers and concrete. Works are primarily hand made from new raw materials but are often created from pre-existing items, laser cut with the aid of a C.A.D program or by incorporating a combination of techniques.
At Artemis, Shaun offers the opportunity to own unique, quality Sculpture and Functional Art unavailable anywhere else in the world.
